In order to apply, you must meet both of the following requirements:

• Are in need of financial support

• Live in Western Eagle County, Colorado

• Live in Wollcott, Colorado or West of Wollcott

• Rose Foundation Application

• Transcript

• FAFSA

• Taxes (Federal Income Tax Return)

How to name documents:

• [LastName][FirstInitial]_[RequiredDocument].filetype

• Examples for John Smith:

  • SmithJ_Application.pdf

  • SmithJ_Transcript.pdf

  • SmithJ_FAFSA.pdf

  • SmithJ_Taxes.pdf

How to apply:

1. In the Application Upload box below, fill out all information and answer the question. If the answer is no, you are ineligible for this scholarship.

2. Add all required documents by dragging to the upload area, or by clicking browse files. 

3. Click submit.
